The attitude of gratitude is something that is taught a lot but many don’t apply it. Why is it so important? There has been a myriad of studies done on this and basically they’ve found that gratitude creates a frequency in the brain wavelengths that is ten times plus faster and higher than that of fear, doubt, or anything negative. So, what does this mean and what does it have to do with success?
If you know anything about energy in general, the higher frequency you live at, the higher level of life you’ll have. I believe everyone wants to have a life of joy and experience fun and excitement. The problem is that most of us have been through stuff that we allow to dictate the frequency we live at now.
If you want to change that, start to have more of an attitude of gratitude. Instead of giving you a list of ways to employ the power of gratitude in your life, I’m just going to give you ONE thing. It’s super simple. Here’s what you do …
ONE Simple Way
Upon waking, as soon as your foot hits the floor say (out loud or in your mind), “Thank you.” As you go to the restroom, with each footstep say, “thank you.” As you say this while you’re walking, you anchor gratitude to your body. It doesn’t have to be thanks for anything specific, just say the words “thank you.”
Throughout your day, be actively grateful – not just passively grateful when something comes up or someone does something to you and you give gratitude for that, but be actively grateful. Take ownership of your life and decide to be grateful not just for the success that comes with gratitude but because you know it’s the right thing to do. It’s what is good. It’s what fuels lives. Allow yourself to go first with an attitude of gratitude and you will start to see yourself and others differently. It all begins with gratitude.
Implementing this one principle can generate miracles. Go be grateful. Practice this. Put it to the test and let us know how it goes.
